MAGIECHEM® 309 is a two-component, 100% solids elastomeric polyurethane waterproofing membrane designed for high-performance applications in environments subjected to structural movement, moisture exposure, and heavy service conditions. It forms a seamless, flexible, and durable waterproof barrier that protects concrete structures against water infiltration, humidity, and long-term degradation.
This Parking Deck Waterproofing Membrane advanced elastomeric formulation provides excellent crack-bridging capabilities, allowing it to absorb substrate movement and prevent crack propagation. This makes it particularly suitable for demanding applications such as parking structures, ramps, elevated decks, and other exposed concrete surfaces.
MAGIECHEM® 309 offers outstanding resistance to freeze-thaw cycles, thermal variations, and mechanical stresses. Its fast-curing and self-leveling properties ensure efficient installation and reduced downtime, making it an ideal solution for both new construction and rehabilitation projects.
