MAGIECHEM® 855 UV

MAGIECHEM® 855 is a high-performance polyaspartic coating formulated using advanced hybrid polyaspartic technology designed to deliver exceptional durability, rapid curing performance, and long-term environmental stability. This polyaspartic coating formulation combines the mechanical strength and chemical resistance of aliphatic polyurethane chemistry with the installation efficiency required for time-sensitive flooring projects.

MAGIECHEM® 855 incorporates advanced UV Blocker technology, preventing ultraviolet radiation from penetrating the protective film and degrading underlying resin systems. This mechanism protects the entire coating system, preserving the color stability and visual appearance of epoxy or decorative flooring installations exposed to ultraviolet radiation. MAGIECHEM® 855 also provides UV stability and UV resistance, allowing MAGIECHEM® 855 to perform reliably in both interior and exterior environments exposed to sunlight and environmental weathering.

MAGIECHEM® 855 polyaspartic coating is engineered to deliver high abrasion resistance and high mechanical durability under demanding service conditions. MAGIECHEM® 855 forms a seamless and continuous protective layer capable of withstanding heavy pedestrian traffic, rolling loads, impacts, and environmental exposure commonly encountered in industrial, commercial, and institutional environments.

Compared to extended working-time polyaspartic systems such as MAGIECHEM® 955, MAGIECHEM® 855 enables accelerated return to service while maintaining high-performance characteristics. This fast-reacting Polyaspartic Coating allows installers to complete flooring installations rapidly without compromising the mechanical strength or durability of the protective surface.

MAGIECHEM® 855 maintains stable application behavior under varying environmental conditions and forms a uniform protective film when applied using standard professional installation methods. MAGIECHEM® 855 may be applied as a clear finishing layer or combined with quartz aggregates to improve slip resistance and reinforce the mechanical structure of flooring systems when required.

MAGIECHEM® 855 is designed to be integrated within MAGIEFLOOR™ multilayer flooring systems, including quartz broadcast floors, vinyl flake systems, metallic coatings, and solid-color epoxy systems where high abrasion resistance, rapid curing, and reliable indoor and outdoor performance are required.
