MAGIECHEM® 355

MAGIECHEM® 355 is a two-component elastomeric polyurethane encapsulation resin, 100% solids, specifically engineered for potting, molding, and protection of sensitive electrical and electronic components. Its thixotropic formulation with controlled viscosity ensures uniform filling, excellent wetting, and void-free casting even in complex geometries. Designed to provide durable electrical and thermal insulation, MAGIECHEM® 355 protects components against moisture, dust, chemical contaminants, and mechanical stress. Its elastomeric matrix absorbs shocks, vibrations, and impacts, extending the service life of encapsulated equipment. With low exothermic reaction, long working time, and solvent-free composition, the product enables safe processing and consistent performance in demanding industrial applications such as telecommunications, transportation systems, renewable energy, and embedded electronics.
