MAGIECHEM 293 is a very high quality polyurethane membrane, composed of 100% reactive materials. MAGIECHEM 293 is ideal for waterproofing concrete slabs or under special floor coverings such as parking decks, bridges, balconies, mechanical rooms, showers or any other place requiring a waterproof membrane. A vertical version is also available. MAGIECHEM 293 applied at a thickness of 30 mils (750 microns) under epoxy floor systems, acts as an anti-fracture membrane by minimizing the propagation of any cracks in the subsequent coating layers.
